About The Position

Drive production performance and lead a skilled manufacturing team. The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure quality products, efficient workflows, on-time delivery, and a strong culture of safety. Communicate regularly and effectively with production personnel, team members, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. Ensure accuracy of operation sheets and blueprints and maintain proper flow of parts to the next operation, work center, or department. Promote and enforce a safe working environment by ensuring employees and visitors wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures. Assist with accident investigations when required. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead productive team meetings focused on safety, quality, and operational performance. Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, implement effective solutions, and escalate issues to the Production Manager when necessary. Identify opportunities to safely improve productivity while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Support internal audits conducted by Quality Assurance. Train, mentor, and develop team members. Evaluate employee performance and provide leadership support to foster positive employee relations. Conduct employee performance reviews, recommend wage adjustments, and participate in hiring decisions and disciplinary actions when appropriate. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
