The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supervising and managing all functions involved in the production of Solventum products in a safe and economic fashion direct supervision, training safety performance product quality cost control employee communications employee morale productivity This position will work Monday – Friday aligned with a specific shift (with flexibility to come in early and work later as needed). This role may be assigned to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment AND
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday aligned with a specific shift (with flexibility to come in early and work later as needed). This role may be assigned to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
