About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supervising and managing all functions involved in the production of Solventum products in a safe and economic fashion direct supervision training safety performance product quality cost control employee communications employee morale productivity This position will be assigned 3rd shift (11:30pm-7:30am), with some flexibility for 2nd shift hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• One (1) year of supervisor or team lead experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work Monday – Friday assigned 3rd shift (11:30pm-7:30am), with some flexibility for 2nd shift hours.
• The ability to train on alternate shift(s) for the first month.
• Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement projects
• Excellent people skills including the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
• Microsoft Office proficiency
