Requirements

• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams and driving results on the floor
• Strong Lean manufacturing background — you know the tools, you've used them, and you can teach them
• A natural communicator who connects equally well with frontline team members and senior leadership
• Bilingual in English and Spanish — required to effectively lead our diverse California workforce
• Analytical and data-driven — comfortable with metrics boards, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA and California labor requirements
• Someone who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves, and holds themselves to the same standard they hold their team

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with a clear focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets
• Driving a genuine culture of continuous improvement — running kaizen events, coaching Lean principles, and eliminating waste in real time
• Managing labor plans, production schedules, and team priorities across your shift
• Conducting Gemba walks and keeping performance metrics visible, meaningful, and acted upon
• Developing your team through coaching, cross-training, and building accountability at every level
• Presenting performance data to internal leadership and participating in customer and supplier visits as needed
• Enforcing a strong safety culture in full compliance with Cal/OSHA and California workplace regulations
