Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or a Team Leader.
  • Self starter with the ability to formulate a project and see it through to its conclusion
  • Decision making abilities to create a win, win, win situation in support of the three legged stool (Customer, Investor, People)
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees, and members of management at levels of the organization.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Every associate is required to support all organizational efforts in the area of CMS compliance directly related to their area of responsibility.
  • It is further required to regularly review and understand changes to the CMS, recommend changes to relevant works instructions and to promote and maintain compliance at all times.
  • Every associate is required to: work safely and contribute to the health and safety of others; and deliver products & services conforming to required quality standards without negative impact to the environment or company (unnecessary cost or scandal exposure).
