About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to support and oversee operations on an active truck stamping line within a large automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with employees, maintain operational standards, and adapt to fast-paced production demands and varying schedules.

Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience working in automotive manufacturing, stamping, or assembly operations preferred
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and production workflows
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workforce activities on the truck stamping line
- Serve as a point of contact between employees, leadership, and plant personnel
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards
- Conduct job-site walk-throughs, audits, and observations to ensure compliance
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of employees
- Communicate work instructions, expectations, and policy updates clearly and consistently
- Address employee concerns, performance issues, and attendance matters
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with plant leadership to meet operational goals and schedules
- Enforce company policies and workplace procedures
