We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our manufacturing department. This role is responsible for ensuring that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at coaching teams, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, required.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, inventory, and shipping procedures.
  • Display a strong aptitude and desire to continuously improve self, processes, and people.
  • Proficiency with production software, ERP systems, or reporting tools.
  • Minimum of two years experience in manufacturing or production leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure departments and personnel meet established goals, objectives, standards of performance, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Prepare and administer employee performance reviews.
  • Quality control of all manufacturing procedures.
  • Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure attainment of quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Organize, coordinate and deliver initial and ongoing training.
  • Promote company philosophy, beliefs and goals.
  • Motivate employees by leading by example and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ensure all processes are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA regulations.
