The Production Supervisor is focused on leading personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all production schedules are completed daily. Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years leadership/supervision experience in an industrial setting
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
Responsibilities
- Lead personnel and coordinate production workflow across multiple departments on one shift
- Lead and mentor production staff and other supervisors, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes (e.g. quality, supply chain, opex)
- Resolve production issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations
