About The Position

In the dynamic realm of industrial Actuation, our Production Supervisors takes charge in maintaining a safe, quality-driven, and cost-effective environment. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of crucial tasks, including upholding stringent safety and quality standards, overseeing inventory management, fulfilling customer orders, and relentlessly pursuing continuous improvement. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant, healthy work environment. Drive quality assurance across all industrial actuation manufacturing processes. Develop, document, and uphold standardized work procedures and instructions. Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders through effective planning and execution. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency, and lead-time reduction. Maintain accurate inventory and support production goals through resource management. Oversee staffing and daily operations to achieve production schedules and key performance metrics. Conduct toolbox meetings and audits to review performance and ensure accountability. Foster a culture of 5S, organization, and operational excellence across the department. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in a Production Supervisor Role
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years in a production leadership role
• Exposure and experience with Lean Six Sigma

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of Valve and Actuators
• Experience planning, monetary, and controlling a budget
• Lean Greenbelt or Blackbelt
