About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple manufacturing departments, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll lead by example, empower your team, and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to coach, delegate, and drive change will make a measurable difference.

Requirements

5+ years in manufacturing operations with prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
Proven track record of leading teams in a union environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with manufacturing software systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with managers and peers to share insights, recommend improvements, and align on production goals.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and labor agreements while promoting a safe and organized work environment.
Develop Talent: Conduct performance evaluations, manage training programs, and build a flexible, skilled workforce prepared for future challenges.
