SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor is directly responsible for the management, training, development, performance, retention and engagement of hourly staff and reports directly to the Production Manager. Primary responsibility is leading groups of hourly team members in the achievement of operational objectives pertaining to product quality, yield performance, production efficiency, costs, customer service, and both food and workplace safety. Leading production flow and finished product manufacturing Continuously work in a team environment to improve yields, efficiencies, and product quality Communicate with and engage the team members on key operational strategies Service the needs of the customer to include other departments and co-workers Continuously work as a team play to improve yields, efficiencies, and production quality Share and help production team to succeed in making the Company successful by working towards a common goal and objectives
