About The Position

Lead daily aggregate production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Monitor and optimize equipment performance and material flow. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost control. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
