About The Position

This Production Supervisor role at Altium Packaging involves directing and monitoring activities of production personnel and managing resources employed in the manufacturing of packaging solutions. Key aspects include driving process improvement, enhancing safety, quality, production, and financial results, fostering employee engagement, and focusing on meeting customer product specifications. The supervisor will also manage the employee performance cycle, act as a change agent, provide technical process expertise, and handle administrative duties. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
High level knowledge of machinery and production systems

Nice To Haves

AS degree is preferred
Blow or Injection Mold experience is a plus
Understanding of a union environment is preferred
A drive to strive for continuous improvement
