Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and work orders to determine inventory requirements, workflow priorities, and daily duty assignments.
• Supervise, hire, evaluate, coach, and discipline production employees.
• Train and cross train production staff in proper manufacturing techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Address and resolve employee concerns or grievances professionally and in alignment with HR guidance.
• Monitor product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure finished goods meet prescribed specifications and customer requirements.
