Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a concentration in engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead, support, and influence a front‑line team.
  • Proven leadership experience delivering results through coaching, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Highly self‑driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and dashboard visualization practices.
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to analyze data and support operational decisions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, equipment, and operational platforms and support teams through changes.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance of your equipment center area, supporting the front‑line team in safely operating and maintaining production equipment while driving improvements in area results.
  • Maintain and improve critical control points to consistently meet Safety, Quality, and Performance targets, reducing repeat issues and strengthening process stability.
  • Uphold all safety, quality, and compliance standards while proactively identifying and addressing operational gaps.
  • Ensure consistent execution of preventative maintenance activities and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Utilize continuous improvement tools to reduce losses and close KPI gaps, including root cause analysis (5 Whys), structured problem solving, gap analysis, MCRS schedules and action logs, and PDCA/SDCA cycles.
  • Apply data collection, analysis, and visualization (Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms) to identify trends, validate findings, and support corrective actions.
  • Review production plans and coordinate labor and equipment to meet schedule requirements while improving efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage area financial performance by monitoring key cost drivers, identifying savings opportunities, and improving efficiency metrics.
