About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is looking for a talented individual who is well-ready to take the lead as a Production Supervisor. This individual must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have great communication skills when dealing with employees and staff.

Requirements

Must be ambitious
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Have good communication skills
Have a friendly and helpful attitude
Must be able to work independently, doing physical job functions in the plant on occasion

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred but not required
College degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising all plant production and supply employees.
This employee stages work daily by department.
This employee is responsible for establishing strong communication within departments so that daily goals get accomplished.
