About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals Monitor and optimize daily plant operations for maximum productivity Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce costs Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
