Production Strategy & Planning Analyst, Apple TV
About The Position
This role provides analytical and operational support to the Global Production Strategy, Planning & Analysis team, combining production knowledge with organizational capabilities to support data management, process optimization, workflow documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Core Principles Alignment Builds automated systems, anticipates needs, contributes to blameless culture, participates in continuous improvement, ensures transparent knowledge sharing, and maintains high-quality organized systems. Impact Success directly impacts data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and knowledge sharing. Failure to achieve results will require additional resource allocation and may impact production outcomes. Reports to Head of Global Production Strategy, Planning & Analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in scripted Film and/or TV production, production coordination, production finance, or studio operations
- Strong knowledge of production terminology, cast/crew positions, and industry hierarchies
- Familiarity with production documents (budgets, schedules, call sheets, cost reports)
- Working knowledge of crew bases and vendors in major production markets
- Highly proficient in Airtable (database design, relational tables, automations)
- Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable with Keynote
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and manages multiple projects
- Actively engaged in professional networking within entertainment industry
