About The Position

The Production Specialist is responsible for following daily production workflows and ensuring error-free publications. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented person to join our medical division as Production Specialist. Our Production Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring error-free publications. They must be comfortable meeting daily deadlines and capable of learning and working in every position of the hands-on production line. Qualified candidates will possess excellent organization skills, proofreading and computer skills, an eye for detail and solid communication skills. This position is a part of our medical division, which is dedicated to empowering people who are facing life-altering diseases by providing them with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information about their diseases and treatment options.

Requirements

Relevant work experience or have some college education
Exceptional organizational, quality, proofing and time-management skills
Honesty and trustworthiness
Strong communication skills
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Strong general office skills, including proficiency with Microsoft-based operating systems
Excellent Internet knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Word

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
