You will read, evaluate, and interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and relevant standards that are essential to a successful production process. Schedule: 2nd shift, 1pm - 9:30pm, Monday - Friday In This Role, You Will: Operate a range of automated and manual manufacturing equipment used to produce human‑diagnostic cassettes containing six specialized sensors that measure analytes such as electrolytes, iron, and gases. These products are used in emergency rooms to provide rapid, life‑saving results. Run and monitor machines across six production stations, including two fully automated systems and several manual or semi‑manual work areas. Be trained across all six stations to ensure versatility and understanding of the full production flow. Gather and record production data with accuracy and attention to detail. Perform machine setup, changeover, operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance. Follow detailed work instructions and quality requirements with precision and consistency. Work as part of an engaged team that supports each other, communicates openly, and contributes to optimizing production processes. Uphold an inclusive and respectful environment that values differences in backgrounds, perspectives, and approaches. Demonstrate a driven, ambitious mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve. Requirements

  • A High School diploma (or equivalent), or relevant manufacturing/production experience.
  • Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and working with decimals and fractions.
