Reporting to the Production Line Supervisor, you will monitor and assist in line production labor while ensuring product quality. You will join a diverse team of over 400 associates. Requirements

Ability to lift boxes of up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to use hands to move things
Ability to be on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time
Ability to perform consistent repetitive tasks
Ability to frequently lift, push or carry materials
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy
Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Monitor and assist in line production labor while ensuring product quality.
Operate all different machines and equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot the production equipment.
Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
Perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
