About The Position

For over 70 years, our facility has supported exciting technologies used in space exploration, communications, GPS, and defense systems. We are looking for Production Specialists (Wire Bond) to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be trained to operate precision equipment used to assemble crystal oscillators. Responsibilities

Operate wire bonding equipment to assemble electronic components (training provided)
Follow written instructions and work specifications carefully
Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
Record basic production and inspection information
Work with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures
