Kindred Bravely is looking for a detail-driven Production & Sourcing Manager, Baby/Toddler Apparel & Accessories to help us expand our baby line, STORQ. The Opportunity The Production & Sourcing Manager leads the end-to-end development and commercialization of STORQ baby/toddler apparel and accessories—from concept through bulk production—by driving calendar adherence, cost targets, quality standards, and cross-functional alignment. This role partners closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing, and global vendors to deliver innovative, high-quality, margin-positive products on time and in full. This position serves as a key cross-functional partner across Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Finance, ensuring product development and production decisions are fully integrated into broader business strategy, seasonal planning, and margin goals. This role will work closely with the Director of Production & Sourcing to align sourcing and development strategy with company growth objectives and drive high-impact decision-making across the organization.
