About The Position

With a set of technical (mechanical, textile and/or electrical) and leadership skills, this position will ensure that all machine operators in one shift fulfill their duties as per work instructions and monitor the quality of work resulting from the machine operations. This position is responsible for educating and guiding the production team in terms of efficiency and quality of production.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, or similar qualification and training records
• Proven leadership experience of at least 5 to 10 years
• Good knowledge of M365
• Polite overall demeanor with all colleagues
• Great command of the English language, verbally and in writing
• Not afraid to criticize employees and providing clear improvement opportunities.
• Overall calm

Nice To Haves

• Second language preferred, but not essential
• SAP user knowledge is beneficial, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead team of operators
• Work with team to improve efficiencies by teaching and executing foresight and planning
• Work with existing documentation and complete required reports, either handwritten or on a computer
• Assist or lead PM activities on production machines
