About The Position

Join our team at Westlake as a Production Sawyer, where you’ll play a key role in cutting vinyl and aluminum components used in our high‑quality window products. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in precision, and thrive in a fast‑paced production environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift
• Comfortable working in a high‑noise manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a sawyer is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate saws and related equipment to cut materials to exact measurements
• Read and follow production orders, diagrams, and instructions
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine equipment maintenance
• Work safely and follow all required PPE and safety procedures
• Support the production team with additional tasks as needed
