About The Position

The Production Worker will manufacture transformers, coils, and inductors according to Customer specifications and Standex Electronics EDGE standards. What You'll Do Wind wire with the appropriate number of turns according to customer specifications Apply flux to solder points as per manufacturing instructions Solder pins/leads in solder pot per Renco manufacturing procedures by dipping/dragging the pins into the solder pots Assemble transformer according to manufacturing instructions Test transformer for conformance Follows policies and procedures utilized by the Company and Department to ensure the efficient running of the department and customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Two years’ assembly experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and those related to the position Ability to speak fluently with customers, managers, and fellow employees Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions when furnished in written, oral, and diagram form Willing/able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Requirements

• Two years’ assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and those related to the position
