Requirements
- Experience in production or general labor
- Ability to read, write, do basic math, and conduct careful visual inspections
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn
- Capability to stand for an entire 12-hour shift and lift up to 55 lbs
Responsibilities
- Keep an eye on production equipment and immediately alert supervision to any malfunctions or adverse conditions
- Perform visual inspections and report defects
- Stage and load product onto the lines as required
- Remove excess flash from molded components to meet quality standards
- Follow applicable OSHA safety standards at all times
- Attend training sessions and seminars to stay current on technologies and techniques
