About The Position

Serves as a Production Press Worker in all stages of Press production by performing the following duties. This role involves following proper department procedures outlined in Seaboard training manuals and assisting the Department Supervisor and Team Members in meeting production and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand bacon specification requirements to ensure quality
• Follow procedures outlined by Department Supervisor/Department Leads
• Follow Daily’s attendance and punctuality rules
• Follow all Daily’s food security guidelines
• Follow all Dailys Safety guidelines as outlined in the Safety Handbook
• Maintain accurate counts
• Adhere to product specifications
• Work at a pace consistent with the required line speed
• Keeping accurate records as needed
• Strict compliance with sanitation requirements
• Minimize scrap at all times
