Hours: Monday -Thursday 2:00PM - 10:00PM Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50+ DOE $1.75 hourly shift differential $0.50 hourly wage increase eligible after 90 days Paid Breaks & Lunch All employees are responsible for demonstrating the company's Core Values at all times and for using Performance Excellence principles to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, products, and services. Responsibilities
- Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
- Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
- Maintains production, efficiency and quality records
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform quality audits
- Research orders, including applicable error orders
- Run/compile reports
- Calibrate/Clean readers as needed
- Late orders/rush orders
