About The Position

The Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing monthly and daily production and delivery plans to support cell, PACK, and assembly operations. This role ensures alignment between production capacity, inventory levels, efficiency targets, and customer demand while driving execution discipline, operational stability, and continuous improvement across production planning and coordination activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing, battery, EV, automotive, or industrial environments.
  • Experience working with production planning systems, MES, or ERP platforms.
  • Experience coordinating multi-site or HQ-linked planning operations.

Responsibilities

  • Decompose monthly cell and PACK requirements based on the monthly product plan.
  • Compile, review, finalize, and issue monthly cell, PACK, and assembly production plans.
  • Align production plans with capacity, inventory, efficiency, and operational constraints.
  • Coordinate with headquarters planning teams to receive, review, finalize, approve, and issue production plans.
  • Monitor daily and monthly production performance against plan.
  • Organize production strictly according to approved production plans.
  • Supervise production progress and proactively address execution gaps.
  • Coordinate 4M1E resources (Manpower, Machinery, Materials, Methods, Environment).
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and demand schedules.
  • Develop monthly delivery plans based on production output plans.
  • Prepare annual project delivery plans aligned to business targets.
  • Adjust internal production plans based on real-time customer demand and delivery progress.
  • Support headquarters performance management initiatives.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Production completion rate
  • Cell utilization rate
  • Monitor plan attainment, delivery performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Organize and lead production coordination meetings.
  • Summarize production issues and operational risks.
  • Assign follow-up actions and ensure corrective action implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to materials, quality, staffing, and equipment.
