About The Position

You will be the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Associate Manager, leading a team of Make Planners and shop floor support staff. This team plays a crucial role in coordinating product flow across multiple programs within our manufacturing facility. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage a team of Make Planners and PP&C support staff to ensure smooth product flow throughout the shop floor for various programs Serve as local PP&C contact for non-local programs to ensure material status, issue identification, and recovery plans align with the overall programs' schedules. Requirements

  • Bachelor's level degree or higher
  • At least 3-5 years of related professional experience
  • Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system
  • Experience in Production Planning & Control
  • Ability to assign projects to organizational unit by leading staff in meeting critical schedules and resolving complex and time-sensitive technical or operational issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, and internal and external customers
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
