You will be the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Associate Manager, leading a team of Make Planners and shop floor support staff. This team plays a crucial role in coordinating product flow across multiple programs within our manufacturing facility. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage a team of Make Planners and PP&C support staff to ensure smooth product flow throughout the shop floor for various programs Serve as local PP&C contact for non-local programs to ensure material status, issue identification, and recovery plans align with the overall programs' schedules.
