OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: This position is accountable for efficient manufacturing of company products that meet customer commitments, as well as the established quality and profit goals and objectives in a manner that is consistent with the company’s values and operating philosophy.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED
  • Previous experience working in the production environment or in a similar capacity
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in Business or Related Field- Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate an overall master Production Plan.
  • Releases work orders as required to maintain the plan.
  • Provides functional reports indicating the performance of the Production Plan.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to implement plan.
  • Communicate with Customer Service regularly regarding status of, and any potential deviations from, the plan.
  • Review system generated manufacturing orders, confirming, planning, and closing out as necessary.
  • Regularly review on hand inventory against the requirements of the production plan
  • Consult with the Quality and Engineering Departments to ensure required production documents comply with ASME and internal Quality requirements and are up to date for manufacturing.
  • Release production travelers to the floor, ensuring all information is accurate and drawings are current.
