Requirements

High School Degree or GED
Previous experience working in the production environment or in a similar capacity
Continuous improvement mindset
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree in Business or Related Field- Preferred

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate an overall master Production Plan.
Releases work orders as required to maintain the plan.
Provides functional reports indicating the performance of the Production Plan.
Coordinate with Team Leaders to implement plan.
Communicate with Customer Service regularly regarding status of, and any potential deviations from, the plan.
Review system generated manufacturing orders, confirming, planning, and closing out as necessary.
Regularly review on hand inventory against the requirements of the production plan
Consult with the Quality and Engineering Departments to ensure required production documents comply with ASME and internal Quality requirements and are up to date for manufacturing.
Release production travelers to the floor, ensuring all information is accurate and drawings are current.
