The role of Production Planner is to maintain close liaison with other members of the team, including production, prepress, customer service, and sales, with the goal of providing internal and external customer service, while ensuring accurate information to minimize negative conversion rates.

Requirements

• Required to always uphold themselves to a higher standard of professionalism and have a strong understanding of the company's Standards of Business Conduct and Code of Ethics.
• Moderate to high math skills.
• Ability to lift 1-10lbs on a daily basis. Must be able to sit for periods of time.
• Literate in MS Office.
• Able to communicate quickly and effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close liaison with other members of the team, including production, prepress, customer service, and sales, with the goal of providing internal and external customer service.
• Create Master Estimates in Radius
• Create ink items in Radius
• Update ink descriptions in Radius
• Create tooling in Radius
• Create coating tabs in Radius
• Sales order processing for single copy, multiple copy, fronts over backs and/or ganged webs.
• Revising production jobs based on customer changes and/or internal changes.
• Assist with global changes that affect the Master Estimates
