Summary of Primary Functions: Coordinates and expedites flow of work within or between departments for the manufacture of products.

Requirements

All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
High School plus Vocation or Technical Education 1-year certificate
1 to 3 (+) years prior or related experience is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and expedites flow of work within or between departments for the manufacture of products.
Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials.
Communicates with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
Prepares required production reports.
Develops and maintains long range schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Maintains pour schedule and other records.
Maintains record keeping.
Creates and distributes pour packs.
Create, manage, and closeout the associated shop orders etc. in the ERP system.
Responsible for doing project take-offs to create production schedule and compare them to estimating take-offs.
