About The Position

Essential Functions of the Job: Must be able to read contracts and comprehend completely Must learn all model numbers to easily identify and manipulate them Ensure that all required paperwork is prepared and delivered to supervisors and team leaders in a timely and accurate manner Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication with management to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision‑making Contribute to the creation and setup of product ranges within the system Analyze the capacity of the resources to make the planned production orders Issue and adjust the production orders Monitor production progress and adjusting schedules when issues arise Ensure that the material supply is delivered in conformity with the production needs Plan the production of after‑sales service parts and ensure ongoing monitoring in coordination with the designated responsible person Solve and manage the end of a production order in the system Creation and handling of VIN Tags Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing and Production Other duties as assigned Requirements Self-motivated Strong organizational and analytical abilities Good attendance record Problem Solver Possess Good Communication Skills Adapt Quickly to Change Print Reading 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing field Proficient with basic computer programs such as Excel and Word Familiar with TDL Excellent teamwork Attentive to Detail Excellent Time Management Benefits Join the Manac Team Manac provides c ompetitive wages , opportunities for advancement, affordable insurance including medical, dental, and vision starting at just 60 days , and a 401k plan which t he company contributes to after a year of service.
