Celera Motion’s precision component and subsystem solutions solve application-specific challenges for technology-driven original equipment manufacturers from a range of markets. This job is responsible for determining material specifications, creating and maintaining inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external stakeholder relations. Lead and Manage cross functional SIOP Reviews, creating SIOP Data Analytics and coordinate with Leadership to drive demand planning in ERP Lead cross functional meetings such as Production Backlog/Revenue review, Procurement Material Meetings and more. Manage all material planning through MRP to meet key performance indicators Coordinate weekly production schedule working with product management, customer service, purchasing and the operations team. Prepare, maintain, monitor and measure daily master production schedule (MPS) and ensure timely feedback to schedule adherence is provided to the production leads. Periodic reporting on manufacturing completions versus plan and other critical planning performance measures Manage inventory effectively through Kanban & visual management to meet our inventory accuracy goals Setting and reviewing inventory policies, such as sub-assembly safety stocks to optimize production runs Support E&O review by managing incoming material through just in time (JIT) process and working towards avoiding excess inventory Participate in and drive NGS Continuous improvement activities assigned. Ensure Master Data accuracy by contributing to ECO reviews
