About The Position

Collect and analyze data to develop and optimize time, cost, and logistics, and identify and implement solutions to a variety of problems in the production of manufacturing technologies for ion implantation. Duties include: Develop planning parameters within the ERP system for the production cell. Timely release and completion of Work Orders to support the Master Build Plan & customer delivery commitments. Manage and communicate the work in progress (WIP) priorities to support capacity constraints and on-time delivery. Analyze Work Order cost variances with timely resolution. Monitor and maintain the integrity of WIP inventory. Expedite and communicate component shortages to resolve material availability constraints. Implement and communicate Engineering Change Order (ECO) activity within the production cell. Perform material analysis using advance planning systems for expedited delivery requests. Support all Aftermarket manufacturing requirements within the cell to support on-time delivery. Manage customer configuration and incorporate any change within the production cell. Follow all ISO documented procedures and make recommendations to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Operations Analytics Management or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in a Production Planner/Planning related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and material requirements planning software.
  • 2 years of experience using Power BI to track aging inventory, material consumption, and material shortage data.
  • 2 years of experience with materials analysis and material flow expedite to resolve material availability constraints and replenish material shortages.
  • 2 years of experience with production schedule maintenance and shop floor management.
