About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planner I to support our supply chain and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring materials are available to meet customer demand. You’ll work cross-functionally with production, customer service, and logistics teams to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support on-time delivery. Requirements

High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing
SAP experience
ISO 9001 experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock
Order raw materials and ensure timely replenishment
Partner with cross-functional teams to align production plans and resolve scheduling conflicts
Analyze production and inventory data to support forecasting and decision-making
Communicate schedule updates, priorities, and changes to key stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
Support quality initiatives and ensure production plans meet quality standards
Maintain basic master data and support reporting needs
Track and support key performance metrics
