About The Position

The Production Oversight Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Mortgage - Direct to Consumer (DTC) team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, analytics experience within the Mortgage or Financial Services industry strongly recommended
  • MS Office Suite, Specific experience within Excel strongly recommended
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide Oversight to Lead Distribution Channel Strategy & Optimization
  • Own the monitoring and analyzing lead distribution channels, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimizing throughput and conversion rates for the telesales team
  • Drive Production KPI Strategy and Reporting: enhance and continuously monitor channel production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead strategic analysis to identify key areas for improvement and drive initiatives that significantly enhance overall production flow and efficiency
  • Provide oversight to lead distribution channel and optimization
  • Perform Productivity Analysis and Strategic Collaboration
  • Lead data analysis efforts and collaborate strategically with DTC Sales Managers to identify and implement opportunities for increasing team productivity.
  • Formulate and present strategic reports and insights focusing on improving key metrics such as lead conversion rates and overall production pull-through rates.
  • Perform Productivity Analysis and Strategic Collaboration: Lead data analysis efforts and collaborate strategically with DTC Sales Managers to identify and implement opportunities for increasing team productivity.
  • Strategize and Oversee Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence
  • Drive Customer Experience Strategy and Improvement
  • Direct Presidential Escalation Prevention & Remediation
  • Support new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business
  • Support the New Hire Sales Incubation Program
  • Provide administrative assistance for sales management teams
  • Ensure sales team are compliant with regulations
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
