About The Position

Must be able to read and write legibly Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs. occasionally) Must be capable of pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, and climb occasionally Must be able to sustain moderate work in an industrial environment Must be able to work safely with other employees as part of a crew Ability to operate towmotors/forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided) Large cranes used to move product (training provided as needed) Actively participate in continuous improvement activities Must be able to work any shift (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.; 4 p.m. – 12 midnight; 12 midnight – 8 a.m.; 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.) and weekends when scheduled Large equipment including calenders, presses, overhead cranes Standing and walking on concrete is required The work can be hot and dirty, as well as cold in the winter months

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Experience in moderate/heavy industrial type work preferred
  • No unexplained gaps in employment
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
