Job Description: The person hired for the position of Production Operator will work at our 3M Brownwood location. Operating various machines in varying speeds, while maintaining appropriate product specifications. Interpreting customer needs by customer specific expectations, with the ability to perform appropriate department processes, while utilizing appropriate tools and material to meet individual customer and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
• One-year preferred industry or labor experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
