Job Description: The person hired for the position of Production Operator will work at our 3M Brownwood location. Operating various machines in varying speeds, while maintaining appropriate product specifications. Your Skills and Expertise : To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Requirements

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
• One-year preferred industry or labor experience.
