As a Production Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in turning raw aluminum into high-quality, precision components used across industries. Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce parts
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality expectations are met
• Load/unload materials and keep production flowing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to solve problems
• Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and work procedures
