PRODUCTION OPERATOR - 12 Hour Shift

Our Production Operators (12-hour shifts) are responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring product quality through quality control procedures, communicating effectively with team members, and training new staff members.
Requirements
- Must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
- Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry
- Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members
- Ability to train and mentor new staff members
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues
- Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus
