Our Production Operators (12-hour shifts) are responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring product quality through quality control procedures, communicating effectively with team members, and training new staff members. Earn over $33.00 per hour with Gold Standard Benefits including rich health benefits and a generous weekly contribution to your 401k in addition to the company match on personal contributions with 100% vesting immediately!

Requirements

  • $28.25 Starting Pay
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry
  • Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members
  • Ability to train and mentor new staff members
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues
  • Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
