Overview When You’ll Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00am to 6:20pm Work 36, get paid for 40! What You’ll Make: $21.50 / hour to $23.00 / hour Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment. What You’ll Do: - Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes - Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools - Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers - Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping - Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner What We’re Looking For: - Safety focused: follow procedures and stay alert in the production environment - Mechanically inclined: enjoy working with tools, equipment, or hands-on tasks - Detail-oriented: take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work - Strong work ethic: show up on time, ready to work, with consistent attendance - Motivated to improve: open to learning new skills and finding better ways to work
