Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of press machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate press machines to produce parts according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and gauges, to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Assemble components and package finished products for shipment. Perform routine maintenance on press equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment performance. Requirements Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred. Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC machinery is a plus. Familiarity with welding techniques and tooling processes is advantageous. Ability to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable but not mandatory.
