About The Position

Scope: Involved in manual operations in the areas of setup, expose, and touch-up within the imaging department. Print external images of circuit boards using laser direct imaging processes. Requirements

  • Basic English and mathematical skills, understands blueprints and procedures, and has good interpersonal skills.
  • Good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and the ability to speak clearly.
  • Able to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
  • Able to perform routine tasks.
  • Flexible and able to work in any position throughout Photo Print depending on the needs of the department on any given day.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds, push/move carts and drums of chemistry.
  • Ability to safely work or come in contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc) or biological agents.
  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the LDI imagers.
  • Set up and operate HMS developer and perform inspection checks.
  • Perform all daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance.
  • Read and understand the photo print process.
  • Monitor quality of the products and accurately record quality data.
  • Read and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
  • Train new employees in machine operations, inspection techniques and acceptance parameters.
  • Cross train on operations within the area.
  • Facilitates and attends meetings, communicates regularly with managers and supervisors, maintains a clean and safe work environment and communicates to supervisor safety hazards and issues.
  • Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns.
  • Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.
