About The Position

Quanex is looking for a Production Operator to join our 1st Shift team located in Cannon Falls, Minnesota . Our Production Operators are responsible for performing changeovers, packing parts and performing quality checks, to meet production standards and quality requirements on extrusion lines. Collaborative & Team-Oriented Environment Growth Potential & On the Job Training Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:40am-3:00pm What Success Looks Like: Performs changeovers, packs components, and performs quality checks, to meet production standards and quality requirements on extrusion lines. Follows all safety procedures, utilizes safety devices and identifies any existing or potential safety issues. Follows standard work procedures for packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation. Maintains an organized and clean work area. Assists other departments as needed under direction from Team Leader. The hourly rate starts at $21/hr.
