About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Press Operator
II
to join our production team on the day shift. This position is responsible for
operating press equipment to produce 3form products in accordance with
established safety protocols and production standards, ensuring consistency and
meeting on-time delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on
experience and demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication at the team level
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Task driven
• Detail Oriented
• Basic math computation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to read and comprehend instructions
• Must be able to acknowledge and follow critical procedures
• Able to work overtime and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of Press Lead, Supervisor, and Manager
• Work in a two-man team to build products
• Follow Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocols
• Meeting or exceeding efficiency & quality goals
• QC data entry
• Schedule execution
• Maintain a clean and safe factory
• Ability to train new operators
• Adhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelines
